If you're concerned about the delay, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier using the details in the tracking email. They can provide the latest information. If it seems your package is lost, please get in touch with us, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Where is my order being shipped from?
We thoughtfully select the best makers and print shops to partner with worldwide. The specific maker that creates your order is based on your shipping address and the medium you choose. You can find details about our partner for each item right on the product page.

Is shipping available to my country?
Most likely, yes! We partner with makers that ship to over 30 countries.

Will I need to pay customs fees?
It’s possible. While we partner with makers to create your order as close to home as possible, some items may still require cross-border shipping. If you're concerned about potential customs fees, email us the item and your shipping address, and we’ll be happy to check. Any customs fees that apply are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is the expected delivery date for my order?
Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and your chosen medium. Every piece we make is custom-made for you. For more accurate information, expected production times are listed on the product page. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and longer production times may occur during busy shopping seasons such as the holidays.

Why is tracking for international orders sometimes delayed?

My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived and has been marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier, contact the shipping company using the details in your tracking email. If your package was marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it after 4 business days, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

How long do I have to report a lost package?
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window or was marked as "delivered," but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 10 business days so we can help.

My order was returned before I could collect it. What should I do?
We're happy to resend your order if it was returned to us. Please email us with your order number, and we’ll arrange for it to be shipped again. Please note that shipping fees may apply.
