Our return policy covers returns of *non-personalized* items in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include personalized items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered and it’s non-personalized and in new or “like-new” condition, email us for return instructions. Your refund will be issued 3-5 business days after we received your returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. You can email us here.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items, including non-personalized wearings such as t-shirts and leggings. In order to start an exchange, email us.
