Shopping with us is simple.
Because creating a meaning gift shouldn't be complicated.
  1. After checkout, you will receive a design survey in your email. This is where you'll provide your personalization: Star Map details (location, date and time), sky color, sky shape, font, and text.
  2. Once you submit your survey, we begin creating your design. 
  3. Your Star Map is created using astronomy mapping software, your personalization details, and our hallmark design process.
  4. If you opt to receive a design proof, we email that to you within 2 business days for review. From there, you can request edits or approve your design.
  5. Upon your approval, your design is finalized for printing and shipping.
